Pat set up his own private practice in 2017, based just outside Enniscorthy. The clinic has a treatment room, where hands-on assessments and hands-on treatments are the focus. The clinic has a dedicated Strength and Conditioning room which is used for rehabilitation when returning from injury. The clinic also has a recovery room, featuring the Normatec Compression Recovery System. This recovery facility is widely used by both club and county GAA players, as well as recreational athletes of all abilities.
Pat is actively involved with a number of local GAA club teams. He was the CAT with the Bunclody Intermediate football team, as they won the country championship in 2019. Pat was also CAT for the Wexford Minor Hurling team for the 2017/18 season, and the 2018/19 season when they won the Leinster Hurling Title. He is currently CAT for the Wexford U20 hurling team.
